Michael Grossman, M.D. has been studying Kabbalah and teaching meditation for over 30 years. Classes on Kabbalah are designed to address the spiritual dimension in the ancient understanding of the Jewish mystical approach not often available. Deep understanding combined with practical experience is a part of each class.
Meditation classes focus on deep experience of meditation and reflecting on our experience to develop a mature perspective of spiritual life. All are welcome as no prior experience is necessary.
