Michael J. Grossman, M.D. is co-author of The Vitality Connection: Ten Practical Ways to Optimize Your Health and Reverse the Aging Process,  He has been in private practice in Southern  California since 1978.  He has been an assistant Clinical Professor at University of California at Irvine School of Medicine and is considered an expert in the field of preventive medicine. 

Dr. Grossman treats patients with an integrated medical and holistic approach that includes advanced anti-aging rejuvenation treatments. He specializes in treating the effects of menopause and andropause with Bio-Identical hormone replacement.

Since 2002 Dr. Glrossman has used Laser light technology and injectible cosmetics to enhance skin rejuvenation.

Dr. Grossman lectures extensively on stress reduction, nutrition, reversing the aging process and skin rejuvenation using laser technology. He also conducts workshops on the prevention and natural treatment of various diseases including arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and other autoimmune disorders.

Since 1992, he and his wife Barbara Grossman, Ph.D., Marriage and Family Counselor, have conducted interactive workshops for enhancing loving romantic relationships.

Dr. Michael and Barbara are the proud parents of two daughters and two sons-in-law.  They currently have four grandchildren...with the fifth one on the way!
